To expedite your request, please tell us your name, the name of your group, if any, your address, your telephone number(s) with area code, the date(s) and time(s) you're interested in chartering the streetcar, and approximately how many passengers we might expect. The minimum charter is for one-half hour. The capacity of the streetcar is 48 adults.

Because the Como-Harriet and Excelsior Streetcar Lines are an all-volunteer service of the Museum, charters should be reserved at least two weeks in advance of the date of the charter and payment should be received at least one week in advance of the date of your charter. The Museum reserves the right to decline to schedule a charter requested less than two weeks in advance of the proposed date and to cancel a streetcar charter for which payment has not been received one week in advance of the date of the charter.

Charter Guidelines

1. Minimum charter is 1/2 hour
2. Streetcar capacity is 48 adults
3. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance
4. Payment should be received at least one week in advance
5. Normally, charters can only be scheduled outside of regular operating hours
6. Because streetcar maintenance and cleaning take place on Saturday and Sunday mornings, it is difficult to schedule charters at those time
